More than 3,000 employees develop, produce, sell and service highly innovative products to the clients in the metal industry worldwide. In total our client has 15 plants in Europe, USA and Asia. The plant in China was having some issues and thus GBP International was requested to provide a qualified interim manager as Chief Executive Officer. Now our CEO is being asked to lead the restructuring and the turnaround process for the plant in Tianjin/China on an interim management assignment.
