Volker Friedrich is the Founder and Managing Partner of GBP International, with operational industry experience dating back to 1983. As a seasoned strategy consultant, he brings deep expertise in business development, market entry and international growth strategies. His work spans across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, where he has supported organizations in navigating complex markets and identifying sustainable growth opportunities. Volker combines analytical rigor with practical insight to help clients make informed, strategic decisions.
